Sebaceous Cyst

Sebaceous cyst is non-cancerous growth on the skin. They contain a fluid or semi fluid substance. They grow slowly and do not cause life threatening conditions. Sena cyst are white-yellow nodules filled with protein commonly found on the neck, face, scalp and trunk. They are usually harmless, red, tender, swollen and the cyst oozes foul smelling pus.

- Hormonal imbalance:- Male hormones called androgens can also trigger the problem, clogging of oil producing glands leads to cyst formation.
